COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Wairnea arrived at Auckland yesterday and berthed at the Queen’s Wharf. She. leaves here at 4 p.m. tomorrow on her return trip to Gisborne, and Napier. The Kaitangata, from Greymouth, left Westport at 11.30 a.m. on Saturday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow The Waipiata sailed from Dunedin at 1 p.m. last Saturday, via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington, and probably Picton, for Auckland. She is expected here next Monday morning. The Kaimanawa has been fixed to load at Westport to-morrow for Auckland and should arrive here next Friday. The Kurow arrived at Auckland late on Saturday night and berthed at the Prince’s Wharf yesterday morning. The vessel is expected to leave here noon on Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. The Kaituna has been fixed to load at Greymouth next Saturday for New Plymouth and Auckland, and is expected here about January 25. The Katoa loads at Bluff on Wednesday, thence Dunedin, Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. The Apanui leaves here at 4 p.m. today for Mercury Bay, Tairua and Whangamata, and is due back at 1 a.m. next Thursday. The Waipu sails from Auckland at 3 p.m. to-day for Kerepeehi and returns here at 5 a.m. on Wednesday. The Clansman sails at 4 p.m. to-day for Russell, Opua, Whangaroa and Mangonui, and returns to Auckland at 7.30 а. on Thursday. The Ngapuhi, sailing from Auckland at б. p.m. to-day for Tauranga, returns to Auckland at 7.30 a.m. on Wednesday. The Otimai leaves Auckland at 4 p.m. to-day for Kutarero and Opotiki. The Motu now sails from Auckland at 10 o’clock to-morrow morning for Whakatane. The Kawau left here shortly after noon to-day for Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana, and is due back here at 3 p.m. to-morrow. The Omana sails at 4 p.m. to-day for Manly. Arkle’s Bay and Silverdale, and returns to Auckland at midnight tonight. The Rangitoto, due here at 10.30 o’clock this evening from Kopu, sails at 3.30 p.m. to-morrow for Thames.
