IN AGAIN, OUT AGAIN, GAOL AGAIN “PUT AWAY” FOR* THREE MONTHS Percy Odgen, who was said to have been “in and out all his life,” went in again to-day for a further three months. Odgen, a labourer, aged 46, was charged at the Police Court this morning with being idle and disorderly, having insufficient lawful means of support. pleading not guilty. Constable Hanna said that he had known the man for two months. He slept out, did no work and spent his time loitering round the wharf wait-ing-sheds. “He has been idle and disorderly all liis life,” commented Sub-Inspector McCarthy. Mr. F. K. Hunt: I coultl declare Odgen an habitual vagrant, but I think he should be put away for three months.
