PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are of the essence of the contract, namely, fa) The scope of the Tnsurance is restricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters. (b) In the case of death, such death must result within SO days after the accident. (c) That notice of the death and the accident be given within forty (40) days after the accident by the subscriber or representative to THE SUN Newspapers L*fd., Auckland. (d) IN THE CASE OF PERMANENT TOTAL. OR PARTIAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within fourteen (14) days of the accident. (e) IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY TOTAL. DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within seven (7) days of the accident.
