CAUGHT HANDING OUT CHANGE Press Association PALMERSTON N., To-day. Pleading guilty to a charge of having laid totalisator odds at the Awapuni Racecourse yesterday, Reginald Merton Sernb was fined £lO at the Palmerston North Police Court this morning. Accused was seen handing change to people. This led to his arrest.
