MOTOR-CYCLE RACING ARNOTT LAPS MILE IN 52 IFrom Our Own Correspondent) OPOTIKI, To-day. The 12th annual meeting of the Opotiki Motor-Cycle Racing Club was held on the Domain Racecourse yesterday. Light rain did not affect the track to any extent. There was a big attendance and a record number of riders. Three riders, crashed, but were not injured. J. Arnott, riding a 2f A.J.S., lapped a mile in 5.2 seconds. Results: Novice Handicap, five miles (four starters)—C. Golding, 22 Royal Enfield, 1; K. Yeats, 22 Rex Acme, 2; A. Bunning, 22 A.J.S., 3.
