MAN IN KING’S DRIVE MAGISTRATE SYMPATHETIC Though more than usually indulgent on Christmas Eve, the police could not overlook the conduct of Michael . Moyhinan, who stood outside Luna Park brandishing an open razor and with his clothing disarranged. Moyhinan, a labourer, aged 25, pleaded guilty at thq Police Court this morning to being drunk and disorderly in King’s Drive. In the opinion of Senior-Sergeant Cummings, Moyhinan had not meant to do any harm, being under the influence of liquor. “As lie has been locked up during the holidays, we will give him a chance.” said Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., as he discharged Moyhinan on payment of costs.
