SMITH LEADS LINDRUM
BILLIARDS IN BRITAIN (Australian ai d N.Z. Press Association) LONDON, Sunday. In his match with Smith, Lindrum s form is improving, but Smith each day scores more points. Smith on Friday took his unfinished break of 1,000 to 1,041, and also made breaks of 808 and 113. Lindrum made five breaks of over 100. Half-way through the game Lindrum was some way behind. He did well yesterday afternoon, with four threeligure breaks. His best effort in the evening was 257. Smith again was in wonderful form.
