FRANKTON CROSSING FATALITY
CAR-DRIVER AGAIN REMANDED (From our Oto » Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. Patrick Peegan, miner, Glenafton, charged with drunkenness while in charge of « car and causing” the death of Alexander John Hamilton, in the Frankton level crossing fatality on Saturday week, appeared again in the Police Court to-day and was remanded till January 23.
