MODERATOR’S VISIT Apologising for being late to the Presbyterian General Assembly to-day, the Moderator, the Rev. Professor W. Hewitson, gave the excuse that he had been visiting St. Cuthbert’s College, Epsom. “It was my second visit to the school.” he said, “and I had a most happy time. They have a school of which they should be proud, a school with a high educational ideal, a fine moral tone and a college spirit Moreover, the board is deeply interested and efficient.”
