NEW YORK EXCITED BY FALSE RUMOURS OF LINDBERGH’S FATE

Reed. noon. NEW YORK, Sunday. Untrue rumours that Colonel Lindbergh has been killed in an airplane accident in Mexico, were he has been holidaying, caused considerable excitement. Verified information from Tampico, Mexico, indicates, however, that he is safe and that he departed early to-day for the United States by air.
