EASY WIN FOR MISTRAL Corrected times in the second weekend race held yesterday by the Point Chevalier Sailing Club placed Mistral first. Twelve beats went to the line. Sea Ring was first across, followed by Mistral and Doreen D. Oreti’s mast was carried away just after crossing, «tnd spinnakers were set for the run tu the first mark. Mistral was first ground, followed by Aratu, the rest Dei fj s in a bunch. Mistral sailed very an d had a big lead turning the second mark. At the end of the round -astral led very easily from Awahou and Sea Elf. Finishing times Were:—Mistral, Awahou, 4.47.40; Aratu, 5.0.11; *-eu Elf, 5.3.7; Sea King, 5.7.14; Mata- - oV ? 5,7 * 21; Sea Rover, 5.8.37; Ivy, Lone Star, 5.10.40; Pixie, 5.11.0: -Pht Ware, 5.11.32; Doreen D., 5.22.0. urreeted plaeings were: Mistral, 1; ea Elf, 2; and Awahou, 3.
