Mr. Potter, who is contesting the electorate in the Reform interests, has had the honour to represent the district for nine years, and is again offering to devote his time and talents to the service of his constituents and the welfare of the country.
Mr. A. J. Stallworthy, who, by the way, was born in Auckland, offers himself to the electors of Eden, who need in Parliament a man to diligently, carefully and reliably look after their interests. Mr. Stallworthy pledges himself to honestly and fearlessly strive for better government and larger prosperity for all the people.
Mr. Anderton, the official Labour candidate for the Eden electorate, is a keen student of political and social subjects and .a member of the Labour Representation Committee. He served with the British Army in France for three years and in his youth was a follower of England’s Labour leaders.
