The other featured player is Glenn Tryon. “Thanks for the Buggy Ride” is just a delightfully humorous love story, written around the composing of the popular song of the same title. “Jazz Mad” is the “title of the second feature. It is the story of an old German musical composer who could not sell his operatic compositions and had to conduct a jazz band to keep the home going. Jean Hersholt has the leading role and Marion Nixon and George Lewis are also in the cast as the young lovers.
