CHINESE WANTED FOR SAMOA MURDERS Special to Press Association. — By Wireless Reed. 11.15 a.m. APIA. Thursday. The Chinese, Chang Sang, who escaped from custody six months ago while awaiting his trial for murders committed at Lotopa, in October, 1927, surrendered to the police yesterday. He was remanded to November 15.
