OUTBURST COSTS £2 Henry Sweeney carried on an argument with more vigour than discretion yesterday afternoon. This morning at the Police Court Sweeney, a coop» % aged 47, pleaded guilty to using ODscene language in Victoria Street. According to Sub-Inspector McCarthy.
