UNIFIED CONTROL
LONDON’S TRAFFIC TRAMS, BUSES AND TRAINS British Official Wireless RUGBY, Saturday. Proposals will be put before the London County Council by its special traffic committee next week, under which the council will be asked for its approval of the proposed working arrangements, to extend over a period of 42 years, between the London Municipal Tramways and the traffic combine which, under Lord Ashfield, includes omnibuses and the Underground Railways. This step is a further evidence of the plan for the creation of a common fund and common management in connection with the London traffic.
