(Special to THE SUN) HAMILTON, Sunday. The cricket season opened here yesterday in fine Aveather. In the match against Old Boys, Frankton made 7S runs (Rabone 29, T. Everest 18 not out). Old Boys scored 65 (Clough 30, Allen 20, Buckland 15). Playing against the High School first team, Hamilton East B lost two wickets for 148 runs (G. Mcßae 91 not out). High School made 162 (Miller 4S, Gollins 35, Shelton 16 not out). Batting against Old Boys B, Y.M.C.A. senior B scored 196 runs (W. Eyre 76. Bamford 33, R. .F. Powell 25). Old Boys B made 19. Playing against Hamilton East, Hamilton made 80 runs (Pomeroy 41, Winger 16, Langdon 13 not out). Hamilton East made 175 for seven wickets (Skeet 85, Hampton 24, Marcroft 23.
