TAXI CAPSIZES
THREE PASSENGERS INJURED SMASH AT CHRISTCHURCH Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. A taxi returning from the Rangiora races this evening collided with another car at the intersection of Madras Street and Edgeware Road. The taxi was capsized and rolled over twice. Its passengers received injuries and were admitted to the hospital. They were: Mr. W. F. Collins, of Trafalgar Street, injuries to the head and shock. Mrs. Collins, injuries to the back and shock. Mr. W. A. English, of Ferry Road, injuries to the head and shock. The hospital authorities report that Mr. and Mrs. Collins are in a serious condition. The taxi was badly damaged. The occupants of the other car escaped injury.
