DEVONPORT RATEPAYERS Carnival held sway in the Devonport Navy League Hall on Saturday evening, when the Victoria Park and North Devonport ratepayers held a social and dance. During the evening. Stephens, duchess blue crepe de chine. Mr. Bert Smith, president of the association, thanked those present and the committee for their hearty support. Supper was arranged by Mesdames Smith and Hunt, and the Misses Morgan and Smith. Music was supplied by the Kit Kat Band.
