UNLICENSED DEALING
RADIO MATERIAL SOLD A case involving the sale of radio material was heard at the Onehunga Police Court this morning, in which F. A. N. North was charged with trading in radio goods without a licence. He only maintained the sets that he had previonsly sold when he had a licence. The complainant informed the court that there were several other similar cases pending. The magistrate. Mr. F. H. Lcvien. S.M., fined North 20s, holding that he had not been dealing extensively the goods. Otherwise the fine would have been increased to £ 10.
