INJUNCTION REFUSED
MORTGAGEE’S BILL OF SALE (Special to THE SUN) CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. Mr. Justice Adams, in the Supreme Court, yesterday, refused to grant an injunction against the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association of Canterbury, Ltd., to prevent it, as part mortgagee, from exercising its power under a bill of sale, on the ground that any such step would be prejudicial to the interests of the defendant company. The plaintiff was Lawrence Arnold Whiting, farmer, of Lismore, on whose behalf Mr. F. S. Wilding appeared. Mr. H. C. D. Van Asch acted on behalf of defendant. The motion was dismissed with costs. £3O 10s, and disbursements.
