W worthy as Minister of External* u fairs and the Hon. G. J. Anderson « Minister of Marine. “ Mr. Coates becomes Minister of Ei ternal Affairs and Sir Maui Poms» Minister of Internal Affairs. The appointment of the Prime Min. ister as Minister of External Affairs is in accordance with the announcement made some months ago. Sir Maui Pomare has been Acting-Minister of Internal Affairs practically since tif death of the Hon. R. P. Bollard. Sir Francis Bell has been acting as Min ister of Marine since the Hon. G. 1 Anderson's departure last year.
