“CHICKEN A LA KING”

An hilarious comedy romance which is delighting all who see it, the picture “Chicken a la King,’ will be shown again this evening at the Lyric Theatre.

“Chicken a la King” is a comedydrama of a conservative home-loving business man who tries to play the Good Samaritan by saving his bro-ther-in-law from the lure of a chorus girl, but in doing so, gets deep in tli.e toils of the charmer himself. Incidentally the story points the moral that there is no place like home after all, especially when you come so close to losing it. The locale of the story is New York City with the action fluctuating from the prosaic home of a modern business man to -the stage of a burlesque theatre, the‘bright lights of the theatrical district, a fourth-rate hotel where troupers make their home, and a sumptuous apartment on Park Avenue.

“Wyoming,” the second attraction, is one of the best Western stories ever produced by that popular and capable actor, Tim McCoy. Dorothy Sebastian plays the role of the leading lady.
