PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Resolution, passed at a Special Meeting of the Auckland City Council convened for that purpose and held on the 16th day of August, 1925, and intended to operate as a Special Order, will come up for Confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Auckland City Council, to be held on THURSDAY, the 13th day of September, 1928, at 1.45 p.m.:— • That the Auckland City Council doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order that the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto be and the same are hereby declared portions of a public street and highway and to form part of Parnell Road within the City of Auckland.” THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO.
