O’Brien, of Foxton, is visiting Auckland. * * * Mrs. McGregor, of Helensville, is a guest at Glenalvon. * # * Miss Jean Macindoe, of Remuera, left yesterday to visit Cambridge. * * * Miss Anderson, of Remuera, has gone to Cambridge for a few days. Mrs. Roy Burrett, of Remuera, left town yesterday for a visit to Cambridge. Mrs. Robertson Smith, of Singapore, is the guest of Mrs. A. L. Yule, of Claudelands. * * * Mrs. F. C. Hargrave has returned to Hokianga after spending a holiday in Remuera with her father, Mr C. Tills. Miss I. Weston, of Takapuna, left yesterday for Sydney, where she will be the guest of Mrs. C. Lewis, of Vaucluse. * * * Miss F. Gordon, of Auckland, was in Hamilton yesterday on her way to Te Aroha, where she will be the guest of Mrs. C. Bennett. * * .i: Mr. and Mrs. Victor Salek will return to Auckland from Sydney by the Marama on Tuesday. They will reside at Herne Bay. * * * Miss Amelia Thompson, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs. Bornford Thompson, of Blockhouse Bay, has returned to New Plymouth. * * * Mrs. Mervyn Reid, of Auckland, who has been staying at the Hermitage, Mount Cook, will be the guest of Mrs. Harold Barker, Fendalton, for Grand National Week.
