COASTAL MOVEMENTS — The Richardson steamer Awaiiou arrived at Auckland yesterday and oertned at Queen's Wharf. She loads to-day and to-morrow and sails at 5 o clock tomorrow evening for Tokomaru Bay, Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Tiroa arrived at Auckland yestei - day from the East Coast and berthed at King’s Wharf. She is to be dispatched at noon to-morrow for Hicks Day and Gisborne. The Omana, which sailed early this afternoon for Brown’s Bay, Arkle s Bay, Manly, Deep Creek and Silverdale, is duo back again at 8 o'clock this evening. The Taniwha is expected to arrive at Auckland at 2 o’clock to-raorroAV from Paeroa. She sails again at half-past nine the same evening on the return trip. The Waiotahi, due at half-past three to-morrow morning from Whangarei, sails for the same port at half-past seven the same evening. The Daphne left shortly before noon to-day for Coromandel and Colville. She is due back again at 10.15 p.m. to-mor-row. The Apanui sails at S o’clock this evening for Mercury Bay and Tairua. She is due back again at half-past five on Wednesday morning. The Hauiti sails at 9.30 p.m. to-day for Kerepeehi. She is due back at noon on Wednesday next. The Clansman sails at 5 o’clock this evening for Russell, Opua, Whangaroa and Mangonui. She is due back again at half-past seven on Friday morning. The Ngapuhi sails at half-past six this evening for Tauranga. She returns at half-past seven on Wednesday morning. The Rangitoto sailed early this afternoon foi* Thames. She is expected back again at half-past nine to-morrow evening. The Omana sails at 3 0 o’clock to-mor-row morning for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth. The Waimea, which arrived at Auckland yesterday and berthed at the Central Wharf, sails at 4 p.in. to-morrow on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Wingatui arrived here at noon today from Southern ports and berthed at the Prince’s Wharf. After discharge at Auckland the vessel loads here and sails on Thursday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Balls Head left Greymouth at 8 p.m. on' Saturday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow evening. After discharge here the vessel returns to Greymouth to load again for Auckland. The Kartigi, which arrived here this morning from Westport, after discharge proceeds to Greymouth, where she loads for Sydney. The Kaimanawa is fixed to load a't Westport on Thrusday for Auckland and should arrive here about Monday next. The Waipiata sailed from Dunedin at 5 p.m. last Saturday via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. The Kurow arrived here yesterday from Southern ports and berthed at the Prince’s Wharf. Her future movements have not yet been fixed. The Katoa loads at Bluff toward the end of this week; thence Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. The Westport Coal Company's* collier Canopus left Auckland on Saturday afternoon on her return trip to Westport. The Gunbar is expected at Auckland toward the end of this week from the East Coast and it is hoped to dispatch her from Auckland again on Saturday next on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Port Bowen arrived at Napier yesterday from Auckland and leaves on Wednesday for Wellington Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete her discharge of New York cargo. The Huntingdon, is due at Wellington this morning from Auckland and sails next Thursday for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers to unload the balance of her Liverpool cargo.

The Motu is to be dispatched from Auckland at noon to-morrow for W'nakatane.

The Otimai sails at noon to-morrow for Kutarere and Opotiki.
