RINGING THE BELL
You can play this game at a party or in the garden, but wherever you play it, you will need a little bell, and a big handkerchief for blindfolding. All the players but one stand in a circle. The player in the centre has to be blindfolded. All the players in the ring take it in turn to tinkle the bell, passing it from one to the other, not exactly from player to player, but reaching across sometimes. The centre player has to detect where the bell is. When he says stop, you must remain perfectly still, and the blindfolded player points to where he thinks the bell is. If he is right, then the player with the bell must change places with him. If he is wrong, he has to try again.
