WOMEN’S MATCH The Auckland Ladies’ golf team at Hamilton yesterday won easily in an inter-club match. It won 5 to 2 in the singles, and 3* to a half in the foursomes. Details are as follow, the Auckland ladies’ names being mentioned first: Miss Culling beat Mrs. Mander, 1 up; Mrs. Hodges beat Mrs. R. Guy, 4 and 5; Mrs. J. Wilson lost to Miss Wilkinson, 6 and 5; Miss F. Rathbone beat Mrs. T. Milroy. 6 and 5; Miss N. Macfarlane beat Mrs. G. Gower, 4 and 3; Mrs. Abbott beat Mrs. L. Day, 4 and 3; Miss McGovern lost to Mrs. C. O. Bennett, 3 and 1. In the foursomes, Misses Culling and Rathbone beat Mrs. Mander and Mrs. Guv, 8 and 6; Mrs. Hodges and Mrs. Wilkinson, 3 and 2; Mrs. Abbott and Miss Macfarlane beat Mrs. L. Day and Mrs. C. O.
