E J. MOSS, the Auckland professional, and probably the best stroke player in New Zealand, will not be a competitor at the New Zealand golf championships this year, so he states to THE SUN. Moss is the open champion, and does not intend to defend the title, his health combined with the strenuousness of Balmacewen links, Dunedin, providing the reasons.
