She is a professional shopI ifter.” So Chief-Detective Hammond told the story of the misdeeds of Flora Alice Gillies, a domestic aged 41, who was charged at the Police Court this morning with stealing goods to the value of 12s from, various city shops. Gillies, who pleaded guilty, was fined £2O. in default two months’ imprisonment.
