TRAIN-WRECKERS WAIT ARRESTS IMMINENT (United P.A.—By Telegraph—Copyrightj (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) , Reed. 10.15 a.m. DELHI. Wednesday. A coolie who was arrested in con- i nection with the Belur rail smash j stated that he and 30 others removed the rails, hid by the track-side, and watched the crash. The coolie offered to identify the other culprits. The South Indian rail strike continues. The Government has taken firm measures to prevent violence. The strike leaders have been arrested for the attempted wrecking. A strike is now threatened on the Great Indian Peninsular railway .
