RIALTO AND REGENT, EPSOM
“BURNING DAYLIGHT” “Burning Daylight,” which will be shown this evening at the Rialto and Regent, Epsom, Theatres, stars Milton Sills in Jack London’s great story of the gold rush days in Alaska. “Daylight” is a miner who makes a tremendous fortune in gold dust and with his pal, Virginia, a former dancing girl, retires to California. In San Francisco Daylight neglects Virginia more than ever. He enters society largely through the offices of Martha Fairbee, daughter of a banker with whom Daylight had had dealings. Doris Kenyon is the leading feminine player, and a large cast is also included.
“Corporal Kate,” a story of the women’s side of the war. will also be shown, featuring Vera Reynolds.
