MARRIED MAN CHARGED Press Association. DUNEDIN, Wednesday. ! Charged with the theft of rabbit - j skins valued at £ll, the property of I tho National Mortgage and Agency, j Ltd., a maTried man, whose name was suppressed for the time being, appeared in the Police Court this morning before Mr. J. R. Bartholomew, S.M. Bail was fixed at £SO in accused’s own recognisance, and one surety of £SO and two of £25. Edwin Alphonsus Gawne was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour for the theft of a suit of clothes and a pair of trousers, valued at £9 17s.
