GISBORNE VEGETABLES FOR AUCKLAND’S POOR
TEN TONS PROMISEE Press Association, GISBORNE, Wednesday. IN addition to the exhibits at the Poverty Bay Court at the Auckland Winter Show being donated to the poor of the city, arrangements have been made by the executive here to send forward supplies of vegeta'jfes and root crops. It is hoped to ship five tons by the Awahou on Friday and another five tons later.
