GERMAN AMNESTY BILL HUNDREDS TO BE FREED (United P.A. — By Telegraph Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.} (United ServiceJ BERLIN, Saturday. The Reichstag was to-day adjourned until the autumn after passing the Amnesty Bill. It is estimated that the effect of this measure will be to cause the release of many hundreds of prisoners, including the last of the soldiers sentenced by the ex-Kaisers court-martial. Members of the Black Reichswher. Communists and many non-political offenders whose crimes may be attributed to distress in the inflation period, will also be released.
