IN MEMORY OF HOOD AND MONCRIEFF. —Following receipt of instructions from the New Zealand Government, Messrs, Watney Sibun have prepared a wreath, decorated with a silken New Zealand flag, to be dropped from the Southern Cross on its flight across the Tasman, in memory of the ill-fated New Zealand aviators, Hood and Moncrieff. Here we see Mr. T. H. McWilliams, New Zealand’s representative in the Southern Cross crew, receiving the wreath on the deck of the Aorangi this afternoon.
