BROADCAST OF FIGHT
SHORT-WAVE DESCRIPTION ON THE AIR Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. The general manager of the Radio Broadcasting Company, Mr. A. R. Harris, has received a cable from the company's representative in New York stating that arrangements for putting a short-wave description of the Heeney-Tunney fight on the air have completed. The wave-length has not yet been definitely settled. It is hoped by the Broadcasting Company that it will be possible to pick up the short-wave description with sufficient strength and clarity to enable it to be put on the air by New Zealand stations.
