CROQUET
ROCKY NOOK CLUB After having' been closed down for some years, the Rocky Nook Croquet Club has been re-established and after a very successful year held its first annual meeting on Tuesday evening. The president, Mrs. J. S. Wakerley, was in the chair. The annual report showed that the season had been very successful, and the finances in a sound condition. The president presented the prizes as follows: First-year championship, Mrs. Morley. A series of progressive tournaments were, played during the season, the aggregate winners being Mrs. Morley, A’s, and Mrs. Wilson, B’s. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mrs. R. Eagleton; president, Mrs. J. L. Wakerley; secretary, Mrs.
L». M. Roylance; treasurer, Mrs. W. H. Keatley. It was decided to affiliate with the J Auckland Croquet Association.
