Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd., will sell by public auction at their rooms, 83 Queen Street, on Friday, July 6, at 2 p.m., the following properties:—A charmingly situated beach and bush cottage of four rooms and sleeping porch at Titirangi; a bungalow of four rooms and conveniences on a splendid section, situated at No. 3 Beckenham Avenue, Epsom, two doors from trams. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., advertise elsewhere their list, of country sales for July.
