COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waimea, which arrived at \uckland early this morning, sails at 4 p.m. to-morrow on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Wingatui left Dunedin at 5 p.m. on Saturday and leaves Timaru at 6 p.m. to-morrow, via Lyttelton, Picton and Wellington, for Auckland, where she is due about Wednesday week. The Waipiata is to leave Dunedin next Thursday, via Oamaru, Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. She will omit Timaru on her \££ty North this trip. The Kurow, from Southern ports, leaves Lyttelton to-day for Wellington and Auckland and is due here here on Thursday. The Ivanna leaves Auckland at 10 o’clock this evening for Portland and returns here on Wednesday. Next Thursday she sails from this port for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin.
