NORGROVE’S trial
NEW LYNN MURDER CRIMINAL SESSIONS At the second criminal quarterly session of the Supreme Court, which commences on Tuesday, May 8, Allan George Norgrove will stand his trial for the murj|sr of his sister-in-law, Mrs. E. M. Norgrove, at New Lynn, on March 7 last. AT the present time the following prisoners are also to come up for trial. These names will be augmented to some extent within the next three weeks: — James Tui Nicholson and Phillip Brie Charles Allen, robbery with violence, Auckland. Charlie Lee, theft (one charge), false pretences (six charges), Auckland. Bertram Augustine O’Connor, Indecent assault on a girl, Auckland.
Thorne Mervyn May, carnal knowledge. Auckland. Arthur Alexander Lenne, indecent assault on a girl, Auckland. Daniel Hebley and George Harrison, false pretences and uttering, Auckland.
Joseph O'Keefe, alias Hugh Sullivan theft of horse, saddle and bridle Auckland. William Brentnall, indecent ex posure (four charges).
