RUSSIAN SHIP SEIZED

Tlie newspaper “Alahram” states that the 1,500-ton Russian steamer Tchicherjn was seized when leaving Alexandria for Odessa with £90,000 worth of cotton, which the Russians purchased at Alexandria. It is stated that a mixed Court ordered the seizure at the request of the Societe Mara time Egyptienne. the owners of the steamer Costi, which the Russians recently confiscated at Odessa, —A, and M.Z.
