RULING OF RUSSIAN COURT OWNERS TO PAY COSTS Bp Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright WARSAW, M onday. A Court of Odessa has confiscated the steamer CostL, formerly the Inkerman, which was sold by White Russians to a Greek, who employed her in the Black Sea. Her crew mutinied and brought the vessel to Odessa, The ship, under her old name o* Inkerman was confiscated on the ground that she was Russian property. The Court declined to allow her captain to communicate with Cairo, and further ordered the present Egyptian owners to pay £1,200 costs. The Court will probably seize the cargo to satisfy the amount of costs.-—A. and N.Z.
