TRANSFERS GRANTED At the quarterly meeting of the Auckland Licensing Committee held today the following transfers were approved : Imperial Hotel, H. W. Saunders to F. G. Young. Star Hotel. Newton, G. H. St. Clair Foster to Ernest Roy Baddiley. Edinburgh Castle Hotel. E. G. St. Clair Foster to G. H. Foster. Gleeson's Hotel, W. C. Waugh to Thomas Richards. Strand Hotel, Arthur Cleary to Frederick Frost. The transfer of a wine licence from Gordon Black to James Evan Haughiewas approved-
