VARSITY COLTS BEAT WAIPA JUNIOR REPS.
The match between the Auckland Varsity Colts and Waipa junior representatives took place at Te Awamutu on Saturday before rather a poor attendance, the game starting as a cur-tain-raiser to the Bennie Cup fixture. The colts proved a far better team in all departments of the game than their opponents, eventually winning by 39 to 9.
