ENT PARTIAL DISABLEMENT through the loss of two limbs or two eyes, or one limb and one eye. • 12) £IOO in case of an accident as defined in the clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause PERMANENT TOTAL DISABLEMENT through the loss of one limb or one eye. (13) £5 per week for a period not exceeding two weeks together with medical expenses not exceeding £5 in case of an accident as defined in clauses (1) to (10) above, should such accident not result in death but cause TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are of the essence of the contract, namely (a) The scope of the Insurance is restricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters. (b) In the case of death, such death must result within 30 days after the accident. (c) That notice of the death and the accident be given within forty (40) days after the accident by the subscriber or representative to THE SUN Newspapers, Ltd., Auckland. (d) IN THE CASE OF PERMANENT TOTAL OR PARTIAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within fourteen (14) days of the accident. (e) IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT that noticcof the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within seven (7) days of the accident. (f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary information be furnished by the claimant upon request.
