FIRST QUARTER'S RETURN INCREASED CUSTOMS YIELD (THE SUN'S Parliamentary Reporter.) The Treasury states that the increase in customs receipts is due principally to the recent heavy withdrawals from bond, and will probably b* offset later in the year by a decrease in the returns from this source.
