Eddie Cantor, former Broadway star whose first screen triumph, “Kid Boots,” is now film history, likes tall men and short women. In “Special Delivery,” his second Paramount comedy, he has surrounded himself with such six-footers as William Powell. Jack Dougherty, Donald Keith, Victor Potel and Paul Kelly. The only member of the cast smaller than himself — Cantor is five-foot-eight—is Jobyna Ralston, who plays opposite him. Miss Ralston is sft. 2in. tall.
