A CHINESE STAR
IN DRIVEN FROM HOME Anna May Wong, the charming Chinese player who scored so decisive a hit in “The Thief of Bagdad,” will be seen in one of her best roles in “I>riven From Home,” a Master picture due for early release. J. Sojin, another Chinese player of note, is also in the east. Miss Wong, contrary to popular belief, is a native of the United States, having been born in Los Angeles, the heart of picturedom, where she was also educated. She made her screen debut at an early age, and her success was immediate. Bringing to the screen a new and exotic personality she won a large following among the fans at her first appearance. During the past three years she has appeared in many notable productions, having worked for practically every important producer. In addition to Miss Wong and Mr. Sojin. the cast of “Driven From Home” includes among others. Virginia Lee Corbin, Ray Hallor, Sheldon Lewis and Virginia Pearson,
