Permits issued by the Papatoetoe Town Board for the month of June were six for dwellings, valued at £ 6,057* and six for other buildings, valued at £1,390 15s, making a of 12 permits to the value of £7,447 15s, compared with nine permits for the same month in 1926, valued at £4,177. For the quarter ending June 30, 1927, a total of 27 permits were issued, valued at £15,342 15s, compared with 24 permits, valued at £12,292, for the same period last year..
